Pharmacy is evergreen field. There are lots of opportunity after completion of pharmacy. You may work as chemist on the drug store as well as in pharmaceutical company as a pharmacist. In pharmaceutical company you may work in either production, R&D, Marketing & QUALITY ASSURANCE or in the QUALITY CONTROL department. you also have a opportunity for being a drug inspector.

Mr.Shashank! you must clear in your mind that pharmacy has been proved as evergreen field. In the current condition you can see recession in every field expect pharmacy. Now a days After completion of pharmacy if you really want to do the job, you will definately get your desire job. Such condition can’t see in other field. And regarding salary you can’t get high salary at initial stage in any field, you have to prove your talent & skill to get the desire post & salary. You can’t get anything by living in the world of fantasy, you have to think practically…..
Always remind that
“The future belongs to them only who believe in beauty of their dream”

Hi,
Another job profile that has been neglected is that in consulting and services. Some pharmacy graduates with good grades land up jobs in firms that do business and market research for phamra firms; also, there are a number of firms that use analytics to help pharmaceutical firms in decision making;
such jobs require a knowledge of analytical tools, a bit of programming and the pharma sector;
as Bhaumik remarked, the initial salaries aren’t that great, but in time people tend to grow; the pharma sector is doing well (relatively to other recession hit sectors) and people are getting jobs!
